On October 13, 2025, the Party Branch of Zhongshan Materials Group and China Guangfa Bank Zhongshan Branch jointly held a party-building activity themed “Remember History, Forge Ahead” to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
Party members, prospective members, and employee representatives from both sides gathered to watch the historical film 731, revisiting the War of Resistance and honoring revolutionary martyrs. The film vividly depicts the atrocities committed by Japanese militarism and Unit 731 in China and Southeast Asia from 1938 to 1945, highlighting the importance of remembering history and safeguarding humanity—especially in light of the current resurgence of right-wing militarism in Japan.
As a long-term strategic partner, China Guangfa Bank has provided reliable financial support, strengthening the trust and cooperation between the two parties. On October 13, 2025, to support the Group’s overseas business development and strengthen risk management in international markets, Group leadership held in-depth discussions with representatives from the Zhongshan branch of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure).
During the meeting, Chairman He Xitian introduced the Group’s core overseas business areas, target markets, and future development plans. The Sinosure representatives presented the company’s business overview, competitive advantages in export insurance, product categories, and potential risks. Drawing on past experience and typical claims cases, they demonstrated how export insurance effectively mitigates overseas accounts receivable risks and addresses challenges such as political instability and trade barriers.
Focusing on accounts receivable insurance, the parties explored risk management solutions tailored to the Group’s overseas operations. The discussion not only laid a solid foundation for future cooperation but also provided strong support for implementing export insurance, establishing safeguards for international operations, and building a robust risk protection framework.

Party Building Leads Environmental Care Group Party Branches Jointly Carry Out Greenery Maintenance Activity
To eliminate mosquito-breeding risks and improve the park’s environment, the Materials Party Branch took the lead on September 28, 2025, organizing a joint themed Party Day activity with the Group Party Branch and the Metals Party Branch. Party members, probationary members, and key staff all participated in the initiative titled “Party Building for Green Protection, Joint Efforts for a Beautiful Park.”
At 9:30 a.m., under the coordination of Branch Secretary He Zhongmin, participants equipped themselves with tools such as weed cutters, electric saws, sickles, hoes, and gloves. They focused on areas with overgrown weeds and broken branches that had become hotspots for mosquito breeding. By 11:30 a.m., after two hours of collective work, the greenery belt at the entrance of the metal processing plant was completely refreshed. Weeds were cleared, standing water was removed, and shrubs were neatly trimmed, significantly improving the overall environment.
This themed activity achieved three goals: epidemic prevention, environmental enhancement, and Party spirit education. Practically, it eliminated mosquito-related health hazards, improved part of the park’s ecological environment, and created a safer and cleaner workplace. From a Party-building perspective, it strengthened members’ sense of responsibility and service while promoting collaboration across branches.
The next day, employees praised the results, noting that the once disorderly area had become visibly cleaner and more organized after the improvement.

On October 3, 2025, a delegation from the Brazil Guangdong Chamber of Commerce visited the Guangshen Sci-Tech Industrial Park for an exchange with our company. The visit was hosted by the Zhongshan Bureau of Commerce, the Port Town Government of Zhongshan, and Group leadership. Focusing on project introductions, participants engaged in in-depth discussions to strengthen collaboration between government, enterprises, and overseas Chinese, exploring new opportunities for China-Brazil industrial cooperation and regional development.
The session began with an introduction by He Zhongmin, Assistant to the Group President, on the Group’s key project—the Guangshen Sci-Tech Industrial Park. Designed to promote sustainable regional economic development, the project integrates resource allocation, investment incubation, and operational services to build a “asset management–park development–industrial empowerment” triad platform. The park focuses on electronic information manufacturing, high-end equipment manufacturing, and medical devices, supporting high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
This exchange not only provided a practical platform for China-Brazil government-enterprise collaboration but also strengthened the emotional connection between overseas Chinese and their hometown. It clarified directions for sci-tech empowerment and industrial linkage cooperation while reflecting the principle of “overseas Chinese supporting the homeland, achieving win-win development,” injecting both practical momentum and warmth into deepening Zhongshan-Brazil cooperation.

On the afternoon of September 26, 2025, in response to the Ma Ling Community Party Committee’s call to advance the “Hundreds-Thousands-Tens of Thousands Project,” the Huajian Party Branch, as a “Red Pioneer” co-building unit, took part in the 2025 Party-Mass Joint Meeting and the “Fulfilling Micro Wishes, Party Members in Action” support event.
During the meeting, the Secretary of the Ma Ling Community Party Committee reported the achievements of the year’s joint Party-building efforts. A highlight of the event was the heartwarming “Micro Wish” initiative. These wishes, collected through the community’s “Four Ten-Thousand Homes” program, were simple items such as a bag of rice, a set of stationery, or a folding bed, yet they reflected the genuine needs of local residents. Upon receiving the “Wish List,” our branch immediately took the initiative to claim and fulfill several wishes. During the support activity, representatives of the Huajian Party Branch handed the items directly to the residents. Seeing their smiles and hearing their sincere gratitude reaffirmed the power of these small acts, which help build a strong bond between the Party and the people.
This event served not only as a joint meeting for community collaboration but also as a vivid practice of fulfilling our original mission through concrete service. Moving forward, the Huajian Party Branch will continue to rely on the community’s co-building platform, proactively integrate into grassroots governance, and ensure that joint Party-building efforts remain warm, impactful, and meaningful.

On September 3, 2025, China held a grand military parade to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. To deepen patriotism among Party members, the Group Party Committee organized all Party branches to watch the live broadcast together. The Group Party Branch and the Metals Party Branch gathered in the first-floor conference room, while other branches arranged viewing sessions based on their schedules.
This parade marked the first major review of the armed forces since the launch of China’s new journey toward modernization, showcasing the renewed image of the People’s Army and reaffirming the nation’s commitment to peace and justice. The appearance of decorated veterans drew warm applause, reflecting heartfelt respect for their sacrifice. On June 13, 2025, in response to the Provincial Financial Work Committee’s call for a focused publicity day on preventing illegal financial activities, the Party Branch of Hengyuan Pawnshop organized employees and Party members to join the Zhongshan Local Financial Association at Fuyi City Commercial Center in the Development Zone, participating in Zhongshan’s concentrated anti-illegal financial activity campaign.
The event featured interactive financial knowledge quizzes, where staff integrated key points about preventing illegal financial activities into engaging questions. Topics covered practical financial knowledge, common illegal fundraising schemes, typical methods, and social harms, while also educating the public on how to identify legitimate financial institutions. In light of the college entrance exam season, participants were specifically reminded to be cautious of unknown calls, high-return job traps, and identity misuse for loans or accounts, encouraging them to invest rationally and borrow cautiously through verified institutions.
